Back up to 4 miles

My daily running (sloggin') thoughts and mileage counts.

Back up to 4 miles

Postby heartcall on Thu Jan 14, 2010 7:25 am

I am back up to 4 miles a day and hoping I can log in 7 complete days of 4 mile runs.

I actually started last Friday, so today I will have logged 24 miles in a week. I ended up taking Sunday off because I had a LONG busy day in eastern Iowa... thus the reason I didn't make the 28 mile mark.

Btw... weighed in 199 last Saturday, only to weigh in at 200 on Monday. All this running will eventually pay off and soon I'll consistently be under the 200 mark. It set some other goals after I reach that mark. ;)
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is the great God, And the great King above all gods. (Psalms 95:2-3 NKJV)
